  • Clear communication and results driven architecture is why we started our firm. We knew we had a drive that other firms did not and we place an emphasis on all of our client communications so that you are always in the loop. In this way approvals feel much faster than at other firms

  • Our team has years of experience navigating the complicated DOB process. Our goal was to simplify these processes and make sure that people are able to build what they need undaunted by the complicated processes necessary for an approval.

  • We realized that we had a lot of passionate people. As requests began coming in for architectural work a team started to form. The love for the work and the fire inside each of our employees sets us apart.

Leor Yazdi

As Director of Genesis ONE, Leor leads the firm with a focus on thoughtful design, clear communication, and efficient project execution. With experience in architectural planning, NYC approvals, and project coordination, he works closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to guide each project from concept through completion.

His approach combines design sensitivity with practical knowledge of zoning, filing requirements, and construction coordination, helping clients move through the process with confidence and clarity.

As Leading Architect at Genesis ONE, Silvia brings a refined design approach and strong technical understanding to each project. She helps guide the architectural direction of the firm, balancing creativity, functionality, and code-conscious planning.

With a focus on thoughtful layouts, elegant design solutions, and clear project coordination, Silvia works closely with clients, consultants, and the internal team to help move projects from early concept through approvals and construction. Her leadership supports the firm’s commitment to quality design, efficient execution, and a smooth client experience.
